Frank Jennings

Frank Jennings is the President of Pelago, where he leads the company’s commercial organization to expand access to evidence-based substance use care. A seasoned health technology executive, Frank brings more than 30 years of experience guiding growth and client impact across digital health, employer, and health plan markets.

Before joining Pelago, Frank held senior leadership roles at Castlight Health, Covera Health, and Doctor On Demand, where he helped scale innovative care delivery models and deepen collaboration between employers, providers, and health plans. Known for his focus on execution and partnership, Frank is leading Pelago’s next phase of growth as the company accelerates its reach and impact nationwide.
